Terri Lynn Kroh joined Asti’s South Hills Pharmacy as a Community Program Specialist in the spring of 2016 where her role is to collaborate with clinics in the local communities to provide access to medication and expert pharmacy care. Prior to joining Asti’s Pharmacy, Terri concentrated her work in serving the un/underinsured patient population as the Pharmacy Director for a large 340B pharmacy management company and as a Clinical HIV Pharmacy Specialist in a Ryan White HIV clinic. Terri brings 24 years of pharmacy experience in community, hospital, specialty and pharmacy sales.

As an educator she has been precepting students for 25 years and presents regular lectures on HIV Drug Therapy management through The Aids Education and Training Center. Terri received credentialing as a HIV clinical pharmacist specialist through the American Academy of HIV medicine in 2009 and was named to the Special Pharmaceutical Benefits Advisory Council in 2010. She serves on the Allegheny County Overdose Prevention Coalition, The Hill Consensus Group, is a member of the Hill Business Association, Advisory Board Member for the Salvation Army Wellness Program, YMCA Diabetes Prevention Program , Focus Pittsburgh Volunteer Medical Clinic Quality Assurance program, a member of the Bidwell Pharmacy Technician Advisory Board and is a committee member of the United Way Investment Strategy and Action Plan for Supporting Vulnerable Seniors in Allegheny County. Terri is also a volunteer at the Open Door a housing community for patients living positively with HIV and substance abuse.

She is a member of the American Pharmacists Association, National Community Pharmacists Association, Pennsylvania Pharmacist Association and The Allegheny County Pharmacists Association. Terri is a graduate of the Duquesne University School of Pharmacy.
